These terms apply to the sokko.io website and to the games and apps published by Sokko ApS (“Sokko”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or playing our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the website, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that harms us or others.

04Our games

When you download one of our games, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play it on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform you got it from.

If you download a game from an app store (for example Apple’s App Store), that store’s terms — including any standard end-user license agreement — also apply. In-app purchases are processed by the platform under its own terms.

05Intellectual property

Everything on this website and in our games — including names, characters, artwork, music, code, and design — belongs to Sokko or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

06Feedback

We love hearing from players. If you send us ideas or suggestions, you agree that we may use them freely to improve our games, without any obligation or compensation to you.

07Disclaimer

Our website and games are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about their availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue them at any time.

08Liability

To the extent permitted by Danish law, Sokko is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or games. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing affects any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to a different venue.
